ICORS 2012 - 23rd International Conference on Raman Spectroscopy - August 12-17, 2012 - Bangalore, India
 Date: August 12 - 17, 2012
Venue: Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, India
The 23rd ICORS meeting to be held from August 12 to 17, 2012, in Bangalore, India. This particular meeting will be celebrated as a Raman homecoming conference, since it will be held at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, the original home of Sir C V Raman where many of Raman’s spectroscopic studies were carried out and also the place where he first headed as an Indian director.
ICORS was last held at Bangalore in 1978 and since that time there have been ICORS meetings in Africa (1998), Europe (2002), Australia(2004), Asia (2006), Europe (2008) and USA (2010). The meeting now returns to Bangalore after almost three decades and it is an honour to welcome you all back to the home of Raman spectroscopy.
